1 What shampoo should I use with my hair extensions?

Use a shampoo and conditioner that has no sulfate. It must be 100% sulfate-free and this is because the sulfate does tend to make the hair extensions fall out a lot quicker and a lot easier.

Try using a product with the right amount of silicon and 100% paragon free. Avoid shampoos and conditioners that are designed for problematic hair such as, thin, dry, oily or color-damaged hair.

2 Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

Dry hair is the most common issue tangling hair extensions. We advise using a deep conditioner once per week or daily leave-in conditioner. Apply the conditioner to the ends to avoid any greasy roots. Excessive use of a conditioner can cause the extensions to slip.

3 How long can my hair extensions last?

Depending on you treat your hair, and also how it is maintain, one year.

4 Can I straightened or curl my hair extensions?

The answer is yes! We do advise not too frequently, such as everyday since too much heat will easily dry the hair and might also tangled.

5 Can I dye/color my hair extensions?

You can color the extensions, it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. A note to keep in mind. Improper dying can potentially ruin the hair. We strongly recommend using a professional hair dresser.

6 How often should you wash your hair with hair extensions?

Because we use 100% human hair, you need to take care of it as if it was your own.  Be careful that you don’t wash the hair too vigorously, especially near the bonds or clip.

It is definitely safe to wash your hair extensions every day. However, we recommend 2 to 3 times per week to preserve the life of the extensions.
