We are happy to accommodate returns within 20 days. For health and hygiene reasons, you cannot remove the seal from the hair extensions.
The seal must be in place; if the seal is removed, worn, or tampered with a refund will not be processed.No exceptions.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4 Tips to Take Care of Your Remy Human Hair Extensions
1 Brush hair thoroughly prior to washing to remove any knots and/or tangles.
2 Don’t go to sleep with your hair wet.
3 Apply sulfate-free conditioner to the extensions prior to washing to maintain moisture levels.
4 Hold the top of the extensions when brushing your hair.
How Many Hair Extensions Do I need?
The number of hair extensions you choose depends on your desired look. Our package includes 10, 100% European Remy hair extensions, with hair strands ranging from 100g to 125g. For adding some length and natural volume to your hair, we recommend using one box of hair extensions.
Here are our recommendations:
- For hair thickening, we suggest using 1-2 packets.
- For achieving a full head of extensions, we recommend using 3–4 packets.
